Weights here are the base — league context (TEP, superflex, redraft vs dynasty) still
gets applied on top automatically when you're in a specific draft.
Presets
Recipe: per-source rank → percentile (deeper lists matter more) → weighted median across
sources (outlier-robust) → coverage bonus (players ranked in many sources score better). Set a weight to
0 to drop a source entirely. The default range is 0–3.
